11. Your Data Protection Rights under the California Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law’s reach stretches well beyond California to require a person or company in the United States (and conceivable the world) that operates websites collecting personally identifiable information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals with whom it is being shared, and to comply with this policy.

According to CalOPPA we agree to the following:

The mobile number that you entered during registration will receive a message containing a one-time password. MAKE SURE NOT TO SHARE THIS OTHER PEOPLE AS THEY MAY RESET THE PASSWORD THEMSELVES.

Enter the one-time password, and then click verify.

You will then be redirected to a new page, you may enter a new password here.

When done entering, click the SAVE button to apply your new password.

You can then sign in to your account with the new password.

Badges earned appear in the Achievements Dashboard in student's account.

In Badges Earned tab, students see the list of badges they earned automatically or given by their teachers after submitting an activity or participating in their class activities.

Students click on each badge to find out how to earn that particular badge.

This badge is given to a student who successfully submits their first quiz.

Badge Description: First who finish and submit the Quiz or Exam Activity.

• The EARLY BIRD BADGE

A student earns this badge after submitting an assignment before the deadline.

Badge Description: First who submit the Assignment Activity. Make sure to answer correctly.

• The Top 1 Badge

Badge Description: A student automatically earns this badge by obtaining a score equivalent to 95% or higher in a quiz or exam.

• The Top 2 Badge

Badge Description: A student automatically earns this badge by obtaining a score equivalent to 90% until 94.99% in a quiz or exam.

• The Top 3 Badge

Badge Description: A student automatically earns this badge by obtaining a score equivalent to 85% until 89.99% in a quiz or exam.

List of Teacher-Given of Badges

• The Appreciation Badge

A student earns this badge from the teacher for work produced from independent effort and creativity.

Badge Description: Don't be lazy to answer your activity and explain wisely so your teacher will notice and appreciate and gain this badge.

• The Perfect Attendance Badge

A student earns this badge from the teacher for perfect attendance in classes and other school activities.

Badge Description: Login everyday and visit all your class/section to get the attendance and always active.

• The Team Player Badge

Badge Description: A student earns this badge from the teacher for active and harmonious participation in group activities.

• The Hardworking Badge

Badge Description: A student earns this badge from the teacher for active participation in class and prompt submission of requirements.
