If the student forgot his/her password and cannot log in to his/her account, they may click the Forgot Password button to reset their password.
Once clicked, the student will be prompted to enter their email, as the email entered will be used for confirmation.
Once the email is entered, click Send Reset Link.
The mobile number that you entered during registration will receive a message containing a one-time password. MAKE SURE NOT TO SHARE THIS OTHER PEOPLE AS THEY MAY RESET THE PASSWORD THEMSELVES.
Enter the one-time password, and then click verify.
You will then be redirected to a new page, you may enter a new password here.
When done entering, click the SAVE button to apply your new password.
You can then sign in to your account with the new password.
